Privacy Policy

This website has no forms and collects no personal data by itself. We only process data when you contact us.

What we collect

We use no analytics and no advertising tools, we do not build profiles, and we make no automated decisions. We only process personal data in these two cases:

  • Enquiries and bookings. If you email us, message us on WhatsApp or call: the contact details you give us and the content of your message.
  • Job applications. If you write to us about working with us: your email details and whatever you include in your CV.

Why, and on what legal basis

  • To answer your enquiry, handle a booking or reply to your message. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, and your consent (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(a) GDPR).
  • To consider your job application. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

How long we keep it

Enquiries and booking messages, for as long as needed to deal with them and afterwards for the limitation period for any related liability.

Job applications, for as long as the hiring process remains open. We delete them afterwards, and you can ask us to do so sooner at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not share your data with third parties, except where the law requires it. We use no booking platforms and we do not transfer data internationally on our own initiative.

Note that if you choose to contact us via WhatsApp or email, those services are provided by third parties — WhatsApp Ireland Limited and Google Ireland Limited — who process data under their own privacy policies, over which we have no control.

The Google map

The «Visit» page can show a Google map, which does not load until you expressly allow it. Details are in our cookie policy.

Your rights

You may ask us at any time to access your personal data, to correct or erase it, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, write to info.singlefin14@gmail.com saying which right you wish to exercise.

You may withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

We may update this policy if the way the site works changes. Last updated: 4 September 2026.
