Single Fin has spent more than ten years making its food by hand, looking after every ingredient and every detail with the care you would expect. Choose from thirteen burgers, built four different ways, vegetarian options among them, and always with chips on the side.

We also do a long list of tapas and starters to share. Homemade food, experience and flavour in the heart of Corralejo.

Who we are

Single Fin is a young, lively place in Corralejo, relaxed and unpretentious, with a surfing spirit to it.

We are an attentive, professional team, and we care about good food, service that feels close to you and an evening you enjoy. Somewhere with no formality and no fuss, where you can be comfortable, unwind and get the real feel of Fuerteventura.

Vegetarian and vegan options

Single Fin also does vegetarian and vegan burgers in Corralejo, on bases of baked spinach, soy tempeh or fried artichoke. You can make them your own by choosing the fillings and the style you like best.

Have your burger with our range of craft beers, local and imported. We keep around fifteen labels from the Canaries, mainland Spain, Europe and the Americas, in different styles, for every taste.

Two shops, one building. Both open at 12:00 and both close on Wednesdays; the bar runs an hour past the kitchen.
